People have been making money from paid to autosurf programmes for many years. I have learned a lot and I'd like to share some basic tips. Anyone can make money doing this. If you exercise a little care, you won't lose anything. Before I get onto the tips, I just want to mention two points:

1. Autosurfing is a legitimate way to earn cash. I have encountered people who thought it was related to the sort of cheat software that reloads pages when you are on manual surf sites. The two things are completely separate.

2. Make sure you advertise your referral ID for your autosurf sites, referral commissions can boost your income by massive amounts. Advertise one autosurf on another and join forums to spread the word when you find a site that performs reliably.

1. Number 1 tip is never pay for upgrades with money you can't afford to lose. Get paid to autosurf programmes offer a great way to earn cash easily but there is an element of risk with all these programmes (even with the best of them).

2. Withdraw profits as soon as you can to recover your outlay. Then you can sit back, relax and enjoy making cash!

3. Read the rules before you join a site. I know this is obvious but it is tempting to assume all these programmes will have the same rules. They don't and failure to realise this can cost you money!

4. Check out a programme before you join it to see what people say about it. If it is a new programme, do a global "who is" to check ownership. If the owner has nothing to hide, his/her details will be publicly available. Email the owner to ask about the programme. If you don't like the reply or, worse still, don't get one, avoid the site. There are plenty of other get paid to autosurf programmes to choose from. When I started out I didn't do this and, guess what? Yes, I lost money (only a little due to cautious investment but it still stings).

5. If the site has a forum, read the threads, this will usually give you valuable insight into how things are conducted at the site and whether members are happy. Look out for signs that member postings have been censored. Don't forget, the webmaster owns the forum and has ultimate sanction over comments posted there.

6. Check public forums (you can find these easily using a Google search) to see what comments have been posted. Remember though that, sadly, forums have a tendency to attract the mad and sad elements who will post unfounded allegations and criticisms just because they can. Also look out for people who are obviously just trying to entice you into their downline in a flagging programme.

7. Size does matter! Don't start signing up under someone who promotes too many autosurf programmes. I have seen a "top 55" and "top 60" being promoted. Trust me, it is not humanly possible to verify, surf daily and continually re-e.valuate that many sites.

8. Make sure any recommendation is up to date. If you find someone is promoting a closed site, take that as an indication that they are not serious about their advice and look elsewhere for information which has been updated recently.

9. Don't accuse webmasters of being scammers just because you don't like or didn't understand their rules when you signed up. You wouldn't act like that offline and the internet should not be different. Be grown up and accept responsibility for your own actions.

10. Trust your instincts. If everyone you hear from praises a programme but you don't like the look of it, avoid it. Even if you don't possess a sixth sense in these things, you will feel uncomfortable if you sign up for the programme. Stick to programmes you will enjoy, have fun while you earn! I don't pretend to be an expert in the matter of auto surfing for cash (or anything else for that matter).
