The phenomenal levels of growth in Affiliate registrations are proof that you're all working hard to recruit as many sub affiliates as possible! Since the launch of our Affiliate banners we have seen over 2,000 affiliate registrations, with some Affiliates already recruiting as many as 300 sub affiliates! Here are some of the web analytics stats for February, showing the great levels of traffic you are driving to our site.

You may want to try a few of the following techniques that are proving successful in attracting sub-affiliates:

Posting our banners and link onto your Facebook, Twitter, or other social networks.
Including our affiliate banner in the signature of your emails.
Using paid advertising on affiliate networks to display our banners.

We are very proud to announce that we have just signed an agreement with the leading eMarketing solution, Emarsys.

Emarsys work with over 800 of the world's leading businesses to help them increase their ROI through bespoke email marketing, deliverability, customer engagement and much more. Some of their current client include Ebay, Vodafone and Warner Music Group.

The reason we have chosen to work with Emarsys is that they have recently developed a new state of the art software which allows us to set up automated sequenced mailings that are sorted by the way a customer behaves on our website and then sends out a message which is targeted and relevant to that customer's behavior. The system also has a built in A/B testing functionality for constant improvement of messaging.

So rather than receive a mass mail sent to everyone, all of your customers will be categorised and segmented so that they are receiving the correct message at the correct time - every time.

Within this system we have designed a sales funnel for conversion that includes more than 30 yes/no eventualities to ensure that each prospective customer that you send us will be converted into registered customers to the best of our ability. As soon as we are ready to launch the system you will be the first to know, but until then we wanted to let you know about some of the features you can look forward to using.

Extensive Reporting and Statistics - This will enable you to see exactly what your traffic is doing and how well it is converting and what that means in terms of your commissions. You will be able to select date ranges and other criteria to deliver you with an option to export to excel for use in other applications or software.

Fully Personalised Banner Farm - In your affiliate suite you will have a huge range of creative assets (banners, buttons, etc.) of all shapes and sizes. Each asset will already contain your unique tracking link so all you have to do is copy and paste the HTML code into your website and it will be ready to use. And if you need a specific design or size please ask and we will try to accommodate you.

Multi-Site Tracking - We know that many of you will be promoting The Players Lottery® on more than one website or online medium, so we have built this section to enable you to track multiple assets on different sites, or multiple assets on the same site, or the same assets on different sites, etc. This function will enable you to analyze all your assets and maximise performance across all your sites.

The following social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter & YouTube will be leveraged to raise brand awareness and assist in expanding each affiliates customer network.

Facebook - This includes a fantasic The Players Lottery® "FB Page" which we will encourage everyone to "Like". We can then leverage this page as a valuable marketing channel. In addition we'll have various Facebook Apps which tie in directly with of our "Share the Wealth" program and "Best Odds on the Planet".

The Players Lottery® is continuing to grow at a fantastic rate with our affiliate registrations surpassing the 4,000 mark earlier this week. We have experienced a dramatic increase in traffic month after month since opening up our site for pre-registrations in late January. In just the last 30 days:
Visits: 225% Increase
Pageviews: 250% Increase
Unique Visits 149% Increase
Returning Visitors: 322% Increase
The Players Lottery® office is buzzing with excitement. At this rate, we could have well over 5,000 affiliates when we launch!

The reporting section of our affiliate site will allow affiliates to create their own reports according to their own needs. In the near future, we will be releasing a graphical sneak-peak of the affiliate system but for now we'd like to mention some additional key features and functionality that will be available.
Performance Reporting Section
This section of the TPL affiliate site will report on the performance of all your placed TPL banners, buttons, etc., and will report on such things as impressions, click-throughs, registrations, purchases and commissions.

The report can be sorted by any category and also by date range or draw number and the system will create a table for you that you can print or export to excel.

For example, if you require a report on the impressions generated by all banners for the previous draw, you can sort the list by impressions > pick previous draw > and the software will generate a table that you can print or export as you please.


Dashboard Widgets
When you login to your affiliate home page, at a glance you can see visual snapshots of key performance indicators, which include:
Best and worst performing media
Overall daily and monthly performance
Your customer network size
Your Odds to win the Share the Wealth prize based on the actual purchases from all 5 levels of your network.


Share the Wealth (Affiliate Networks)
And speaking of Share the Wealth, the affiliate site will also contain a separate section dedicated to your Share the Wealth network.

The data will show the number of customers on each of the 5 levels of your network and where the members are from. The system will also report on the purchases made by those customers, which determine not only your commissions, but also your odds to win a Share the Wealth prize!


Finance Reporting
Affiliates can view and download their current and past financials which are sortable by type, date and draw.


Banner Farm
There will also be a fully sortable and searchable "banner farm" where you can simply indicate the size, type and format of media required for a given space. The system will then bring up your options (to save from having to browse through the entire farm, which of course you can also do).

This will be constantly updated with new creatives and as we add languages, these will also be available through the sort and search functions.


Commission Report
At the end of every draw, a report will be generated detailing your due commissions including the functionality to approve the payment. This will speed up the payment process and facilitate a quick turnaround.

There of course will be a section to update your own personal details and preferred payment method.
