Does anyone know of or want no upfront corporate funding, with no corp? I have herd that there are a few sources for them, and I have a couple, I'd just like to know if there are any testimonials from anyone that has has success?

I have a sincere need for a 90-100% LTV Loan, Stated/Stated, and non owner occupied loan! Can anyone tell me if they know someone that can do these? PLEASE HELP!

I found this site by accident, and noticed that there is still a group of real thinkers and doers! I am looking for consultants that are either free, or that charge a one time retainer fee!
I'm not looking for brokers! Possibly a consultant that charges a retainer fee, and a SMALL success fee!
