I understand that we make 10% per personal signup (around $10 each) but what about the rest of the 3x8 comp plan? And is the 10% we make from our personals paid each month?

So,you are confident that by paying $99.95 and $30(or $150) now and I do no recruiting at all myself,by the time next month's teamvinh and Asea fees are due that I will have made enough to totally cover the cost?

Yes there's a very good chance that your earnings at the end of 30 days will cover your next $99 purchase of leads and call center and also your $120 autoship for Asea that qualifies you to earn... worse case you have a portion say 1/2 or 2/3's of the funds needed and you need to invest another $100 in 30 days to get over the first 30 day hump... then your month 2 earnings should be above and beyond the $219 and then you're at the promise land where your income continues to grow in some cases doubles or triples monthly for awhile and your monthly costs (leads, call center and product) stay the same and are paid out of earnings so no more money out of pocket.. your business funds itself and grows expotentially... that's what TeamVinh is all about...
