New Support Ticket Center
To serve our members even better and faster I have implemented a brand new support center,
that is accessible via the "Support" button on the main page.
If you have any questions, comments or need help with anything please create a support ticket.
But try to put everything into one ticket otherwise the workload becomes too big and everything slows down.

More Content AvailableI am working hard to add content and finalize the whole site so check the site and back office from time to time
for the most up to date details.
Also check the banner area for clear banner URLs at the top of the banner.
This allows you to use a normal URL for the banner image instead of a tracking URL that some sites don't accept.

Getting closer to the launch...
We are only days away from our grand launch and everything looks great.
The system software needs some adjustments here and there but other then that we are just about ready to launch.
Under normal circumstances we will launch this week and I will confirm a final date and time as soon as I can.

In the mean time you may want to make sure that your AlertPay account has enough funds to cover the joining fee,
because the moment we go Live I expect hundreds of members to upgrade instantly and you don't want to miss that momentum.

And remember, an extra bonus will be revealed so if you already start inviting people to join via your referral link,
you will receive some great extras when we launch. That's all I can say really, without spoiling the surprise, but think big. :-)

Also try to update your profile as completely as possible, including your AlertPay email address. This is important.

Email Verification
There are still some people who have not verified their account.
You need to verify your account in order to receive our "Early Notice Update"
that will allow you to enter the program before the rest of the world can.

TSB Quick Update #1 - It's All Good!

After careful consideration I have decided to keep the matrix positions as they are
and will not clear/clean the database first and have everybody signup again.
I am sure this will come as good news to everyone.

Almost all our big sponsor partners are placed at the top to help everyone grow fast.
If you however know that you, or someone you know can sponsor a large number of new members,
just let me know and I'll see what I can do. This will benefit everyone in the program.

The commissions and everything related WILL be cleared and build from scratch for everyone.
This is to make sure the system works 100% and everybody receives what they deserve.

The programmers and I are still testing some system cycles and making sure that
when we launch there are no hold-ups and everything runs smooth as it is suppoed to.

Thank you so much for all the great words of appreciation and all the help from everyone.
As I stated from the beginning, TSB is a program for all of us
and will provide an extra income for all of us for a very long time.

IMPORTANT!
The final launch date and time will be confirmed as soon as possible
and in the mean time you can already build your downline as your position is fixed now.
Plus this will cause your commissions to skyrocket when we launch. :-)

So, let's all get really excited because the launch is coming closer and closer.

Official Launch Date and Time:
I sure hope you're not doing anything tomorrow around this time,
because finally the moment has come. We waited long enough, right?!

As you may have noticed the commissions have been reset
and everything is ready for our Big Launch tomorrow.
Hundreds of members are expected to upgrade, so make sure you are ready.

The official launch date and time:
Saturday 20th of June 2009 at 18:00 Hours(6 PM evening) Belgian(Brussels, Europe) time.

Commissions and Bonuses:
The first week I will manually approve all commissions and bonuses
to really make sure the system is 100% failsafe.
So don't panic if you know someone upgraded below you
and you're not seeing the commissions or bonuses instantly. It's normal.

20% Personal Sponsor Bonus:
You'll get paid 20% which is $4 for every member you personally sponsored into the program and upgrades.
That's next to the matrix levels commissions and can really add up, so try and sponsor as many as you can.

Tips and Advice:
Did you know that if you only sponsor 2 members per month(that's 1 every 14 days)
you will have filled your entire matrix and making $2,100 every month after just ten months.

$250 Referral Contest:
To celebrate the TSB launch, I will personally put $550 into our very first Referral Contest.
There will be 10 Cash Prizes ranging from $10 up to $200
for the person who sponsors the most upgraded members.
Prizes are:
1st=$200, 2nd=$100, 3rd=$70, 4th=$50, 5th=$40, 6th=$30, 7th-8th=$20 and 9th-10th=$10

Contest starts right now(19th of June) and will end when we welcome our 2,000th upgraded member.
Admin and members own accounts don't count. Only new personal sponsored starting today.
Contest progress will be regularly updated.

TSB Commission Payouts:
Instead of having to wait for your money with other programs,
you can request your TSB commission payout when ever you feel you want to be paid.
If you like to wait and ask to be paid when your balance is high enough, that's fine too.
Or you can ask to be paid every week, just as long as you have a minimum of $20 to withdraw,
you can submit a support ticket and request a payout.

I am sure everybody will agree that this is an excellent program feature
you can mention when promoting your TSB link.

Extra Payment Processor
I am currently looking into adding one or two more payment processors.
If anyone knows of a great one that "likes" MLM, let me know.
Solid Trust Pay is one of the two I'm looking into.

Just to be clear...Your position is secured even if you did not upgrade yet.
You will Not lose any commissions or sponsor bonuses if you upgrade a little later.
Just try to upgrade when you can and everything will be fine. No worries.

Sorry about the delay some of you may have had, but obviously we're overloading AlertPay.
Which I still feel is a good thing because that means TSB is hot and everybody wants to be a part of it.

Some Practical Info...

Upgraded Or Not?
When your payment goes through and you came back to the site, your account IS upgraded.
Don't worry about not seeing it in the back office. You're upgraded if the payment went through.

Commissions Approval:
I am going to speed up the approval for commissions and add the Personal Sponsor Bonus later,
so you can see what result your work has.
But don't send tickets like where is my sponsor bonus until our first week is over, ok?
When everything has proven to work 100% I will automate everything and commissions and bonuses will be real time.

Where Is My Referral Link To Promote:
When you login to your back office you will find your referral link below the six menu boxes like View Downline.
Use that to invite others to the program and get rewarded when they signup and upgrade.

Team Success Builder - Urgent Update - Read All!

Some important issues to cover in this update, so please read everything!

In short...we have to switch to a more reliable and powerful software system.
I would just like to ask for your understanding and patience in this matter.
Everything will be fine as I will explain below.

Since we launched yesterday most of you tried to upgrade right away.
Which is great, but also caused AlertPay and our system software to get overheated.
Remember that I wanted to manually check every single upgrade, commission and bonus for the first week?
Well, I'm glad I did because this brought some important processing issues to my attention.
I did test everything upfront, but you can never test the situation we had yesterday.

Anyway. It comes down to the fact that we have to move to a much more expensive
but very reliable system software and redo the launch.
Why?
Because if we don't, the problems will become much bigger and slow everything down. Which we all don't want.

No Payouts were made yet, so the transfer will be fairly easy and fast.
All I have to do is import all members data with their current sponsor and downline on to the new system.
It will actually be like the launch never happened yesterday, except we now have a lot more members.
I will reset everything, so we can relaunch(level per level this time) in about a week.
Probably sooner, but just to be sure because you never know and I don't want to rush into things Which is never good.

This is how we are going to transfer to the new system:

Step 1 - Cancel Subscriptions: Cancel Your AlertPay subscription(s) as you will need to setup a new one on the new platform.
Just login to your AlertPay account and go to "Profile -> Financial -> subscriptions" and cancel the one you have with TSB.
I will of course check that every single subscription is cancelled.

Step 2 - Reverse Payments: I will reverse All payments so everybody can prepare for the new launch and upgrade again.

Step 3 - New Launch: Once the new system is setup and running we will go into a soft relaunch from top to bottom.
Meaning your sponsor/upline will first upgrade and then you. You won't lose your position or miss any commissions this way!
This also allows everyone to make sure they have enough funds in their AlertPay account.

Stem 4 - Continue To Promote: In the mean time you may continue to promote TSB as your downline will follow you into the new system.
Nobody loses anyone or anything! Plus, the start date for the $550 Referral Contest will remain the 19th of June 2009.

I do apologize for this inconvenience but this really was out of my control.
Nothing changes actually other then we will launch a week later then planned.


Totally not expected this, but since our goal is to have TSB working for us for years to come, I had no other choice.
I hope you understand and appreciate your patience while we move to the new system.

Of course I will keep you updated as much as I can.
Remember, we are a community of like minded people. This will only make us stronger.
