 What is this section?
This section houses closed, inactive, and offline programs.
Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.
Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.
Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

I had noticed "the thing" about the pic on the t2moneyklub site.But I didn't pay much importance to that.But if its affecting so many members then it should probably be altered to something else Personally I like sites with much lighter background but its just cosmetic. Paying status is what really matters

7 - Click on 'Deposit / Withdraw'

Nothing they will simply get a negative balance of whatever is due.
Since you have to move funds to your main account to withdraw, you will never be able to withdraw without paying first.
So if your Main Account balance is Zero and you have to pay $100, you will have a -$100 and whenever you move funds from DP to MA or funds your account that fee will be taken off the deposit / transfer automatically.

Your monthly fee will be charged / deducted always from your Main Account, so that's where you need your balance when the date comes (The 1st every month). Either ways, with the new rules you need to withdraw through Main Account all the time, which means that you must pay the fee in order to withdraw. I already have my funds in my Main Account ready for the 1st. @FeDzY, they will have to pay eventually and the amounts will only add up, so no biggie I guess. Also as admin explains this method is a lot easier than re-programming the whole thing. Funding is also done only to Main Account which means that you can only compound without paying, I don't see any advantage in doing that.
