To be honest, I couldnt believe i couldnt find anything on this when i did the search. Thought I would have to rectify that.

Syntek Global's flag ship product is Xtreme Fuel Treatment, or XFT.
The US Patent office recognizes it as the only fuel treatment to ever prove that it increases fuel economy in any and all combustion engines, as well as offer other benefits such as dropping emissions by as much as 33% immediately.

On average we see a fuel savings of 15% in vehicles, though we have seen as high as 40% in some cases. Our product costs anywhere from $3-$5 a treatment and with gas prices being as they are saves the customer $10-$20 a tank. It is not hard to talk to people about this!

The compensation plan is very competitive, and is a modified version of MonaVie's.
To me the HUGE thing is that we get a 25% commission of all personal buys or sells. And because we can and do sell to large companies we have seen single repeated sales of tens of thousands of dollars.

Harvard business says that if you can get in before the company hits 100K distributors and it has a unique(patented) product that has a high retention rate and comes at the right time (are people concerned about fuel?) its a once is life time oppurtunity. We have less than 30K worldwide last i heard But we are exploding and are opening up countries left and right. We just opened India last month and have some others already lined up!

Some opportunities cost $3,000 to start so you ask yourself what if it doesn't work
Some oppurtunites cost $800 to start and you ask yourself what if it doesn't work
This costs $299 to start... now ask yourself what if it does!

How much is your dream worth to you?

I hate websites like these. 4.gif

It doesn't say how much it is to join. It doesn't say how much the auto ship is. It doesn't say how much p&p is. It says that its open to do business in the UK, but it doesn't say how we get the product or what the UK costs are. There is no mention of VAT which is a legal requirement in the UK.

This could be a great product for this country (its nearly $12 gallon here now) and people are really looking to save on fuel costs. But it needs to be legal and approved for the UK if it wishes to be taken seriously.

Can you answer any of the questions?

I will answer what I can and have contacted corporate to get the answers to what I cant. I will post the answers as soon as I can.

Right now our customer/distributor base in the UK is very small. As of yet we do not have a warehouse there. But we do have a warehouse in Europe and I assume the product the gets to the UK comes from there. I almost went all the way through an order to see how much shipping would be, i got $17 regardless of order size. I have someone looking into that for me right now.

The price of the product is listed in US dollars, and is a direct currency conversion of that. I have taken a screen capture of the prices of bottles:

The company originally had a set price in each countries corresponding currency but changed it to be all in US dollars to be more constant.

Sorry not entirely sure what P&P is. So I am going to assume that it either means policies and procedures or autoship requirements.

Autoship requirements:
The minimum Volume a distributor needs is 25 to qualify for any commissions. BUT if 50 not been reached for 6 consecutive months, a distributorship will be cancelled and you will be reclassified as a customer only.
At 25 PV you qualify for only 25% sales commission

please see the compensation pdf for more info.

I just found out our International Markets expert is on vacation this week so I wont find out about VAT until she gets back. Could you supply me with more info on the subject though, this is the first time I have heard of VAT. But what little i read seems that it is up to the distributor to be VAT registered or not..."Direct selling businesses in the UK, are subject to special rules in relation to VAT. These require that a direct selling business is required to collect at the retail selling prices of the goods sold, regardless of whether their independent direct sellers are personally registered for VAT"

Thanks

We have 2 tiers that a potential member can come in at.

$299 or $599

The difference being that the $599 level qualifies you for something called the check match commissions. Please see the above post for the link to the compensation plan for more info. Or PM me any questions.

I have been introduced to this product and have tried to research it as potentially I have some very large international industrial connections that could be interested in this product if it does what it claims it does. I have the following questions that I cannot find out:

Is it TSCA Certified in the USA?
Is it REACH registered in Europe?
How do i get the rights for exclusive Warehousing in countries such as Taiwan, China, India and some other countries that it is currently not warehoused in?
Can it be sold by 200KG drums or 1MT IBC's?
Where can i find the technical specs for this product (not the specs when it is mixed with Diesel/Gasoline)
Why if it has been so successful with one or two industrial/Mining companies has it not been pushed out to other industrial companies?

If i can get satisfactory answers to the above i can move some very large volumes, not onesies or twosies!

Just heard from my partner. Regarding TSCA he says he has all the case numbers for the compounds in XFT except for one and is waiting for one of the companies owners, John Winterholler, to get back to him.

I will supply you with all of those case numbers should you want them.

We can and do ship XFT in 55 gallon drums:
1 55 gallon drum $29,900

You also asked if this works so well why isnt it being used in more industrial businesses... it is. Trucking, farming, shipping, drilling, and most definitely mining. We have testimonials from many businesses and test results from many types engines to show it. All you have to do is ask and I will be sure to supply you with any info you may need.

I hope to supply you with the rest of the info you asked for by then end of next week. In the mean time please email me with any other questions.

Aloha

Thanks for your reply.

To be compliant in the UK a Direct Sales company has to offer a cooling off period of 7 days for any rep that joins. The maximum amount you can ask anyone to pay as a one off fee is £149. Therefore you would not be able to sell any fast start packages in the UK. Also every package you would have to charge VAT on it again to be legal. All product sold in the UK would have to charge VAT. It doesn't matter about the individual reps, that is up to them if they want to register or not initially, but certainly the company will need to charge VAT on the product and on the sales packages otherwise they will not be legal in the UK.

P&P = Post and packaging.

I understand this is a catch 22 for the company. If they only have a few reps then the investment they need to make in a country may look like its not worth it. However, if they want to run a legally correct and compliant business then they must do these things, or they are falling foul of UK law.

I think the product is great and I am sure will do well here (if it really does do as it says on the website) and in Europe generally due to the very high price of fuel here. However, I am also in a catch 22. Because if I join now and retail product I am breaching UK laws and my product could be seized by customs. Do I want to risk joining up and then having that happen?

Curt Ence is back and got me some of those answers:

Is it TSCA Certified in the USA?
The product is cleared to ship in countries that we have done the work to send it too.

Is it REACH registered in Europe?
This is handled by country, We have done some work in some countries in Europe but not in all.

How do i get the rights for exclusive Warehousing in countries such as Taiwan, China, India and some other countries that it is currently not warehoused in?
Each country is looked at on a case by case bases. There are no exclusive rights to any country.

So I think for more specific answers we may need to have more specific questions, IE country, volume, etc. Please let me know what info I can supply, and please feel free to email me poaimoku@gmail.com

TSCA is for the USA - is it TSCA certified?
Where is this product produced?
REACH is for the whole of Europe, not individual companies. Does anyone have REACH registration for this product or the products that are used to make it? If there is no REACH registration it cannot be imported legally to Europe.

We would also like to see the specifications of this product (not test results when it is mixed with diesel), how do we get these?

thanks
