The STP phone line's always busy when I try to call.

So I just received 3 of checks that I requested on May 22nd, 23rd, and 24th. So I just wanted to say that check withdrawals are getting properly processed and mailed out. Just make sure that you are not throwing away the checks that you may mistakenly think is junk mail!

I'm just happy, because this made my day! Finally can use these funds to pay off some bills! dancing4dh.gif

Try to be patient about getting your money out of STP.

Your experiences with them will determine your next steps.

I'd share more ... because I have some important info ... but not appropriate as a post. Your PM is appropriate.

It is true. Having a lot of patience and waiting is the only thing you can do with STP. Do not expect to get your money from them quickly...

I got another check today, from my requested date of May 25th. It took a little over 3 weeks...

How do I sign up for Global e-wallet?

QUOTE (Sensen22 @ Jun 6 2012, 07:34 PM) *
I know of two options you can try:

1) Pay a $4 fee and withdraw your funds from STP via a business check from them, mailed to your physical address;

2) Sign up for an account with Global eWallet (contact me for instructions how to do that). Then transfer funds from STP to eWallet. Then transfer funds from eWallet to your bank account (cost varies, depending upon your location).

This method no longer works. I already PM'ed Sensen22, who came up with the idea and confirmed. So we can't use the Global eWallet anymore.

The only way to withdraw from STP, is through the normal ways on their website. Or exchange from an actual person. (which is hard to do online)

STPay had a lot of new members lately, so things are a little slow, but it will be much better soon I am sure.
They have always handled "difficult" times very well in the past.
For me it will always be one of my favourite processors and I can be patient when things are tough -
if any of you read the story about their hosting, which is why its hard to log in at the moment - geez what a pain for them.

I haven't been able to find STP customer support phone number on their site.
Is it listed on their site or not? Anyone knows the number?

Not sure but I think SwapGold will not buy or exchange your STP for other e-currencies.
Same thing with Payza and EgoPay.

I was just looking here, and thought your 2nd option to be brilliant! I don't know why I never thought of this! I already have an eWallet, due to some program I am already involved in, so this works out great for me!

I am currently trying to bank verify my account with STP, but it is taking a long time since April. I have made 3 support tickets, and none have been answered. Plus, I have read around in numerous forums that STP is behind in their bank & check withdrawals, verifications, support tickets, and more.

The check takes 2-3 weeks. I'm so glad you suggested this because this will help me out a lot yahoo.gif

It was kind of a no brainer, but I never really thought about it until now...
