Hello guys....

Most of the time whenever natural disaster strikes, I hear stuffs on news like natural calamity emergency funds and contingency plans and all of that. Can somebody really tell me if they have been really useful the past few storms of whatever. I mean whenever those things happen, the only time I see people from the Government is when it is already done or when it's time to clean up.

I'm not sure if this is the same with all states or places but even though natural calamities are most of the times undetectable, the Govs plans to help out should still be improved to save more people.

Government sanctioned response teams are slower than snails. it's the communities themselves that usually get the ball rolling, then organizations like FEMA happen to stroll on the scene and take credit for everything.

lol. I have to agree. Whenever there are news about natural calamities, the only time that I see help from the Government is when it is all over and what's left to do is to clean up. I would like to say kudos to those citizens who toughens up during times like any of those disasters to help other people out.
