PLS TEACH ME HOW TO CHARGE BACK FROM SP.
I have lost in 2 HYIPs ..and now even worst that SPhave so many problem. i have called my abnk, they will want me to fill in dispute form, so how i going to tell them so that i can get back my money?
And it take how many days for u to get ur chargeback??

Pls tell me that:
1. how to fill the dispute form
2. how to tell the bank the story.
3. how to get back my money.

Sorry, no, if you lost you money to HYIPS you are out of luck. You don't have a case. It's different if say 12DP is trying to pay you and SP froze their account.
In your case the HYIP screwed you, in my case SP is screwing me.

well, tell us how you get chargeback from 12daily pro, I have invest in 12daily pro and alientrust which very unforunate both of their a/c get suspended, what am I going to tell my bank? because it seems to be the issue is between stormpay and 12daily Pro, bank has nothing to do with alll this fiasco in my opinion.

i have a bank of america card and also have fraud protection on my card, so if stormpay does take money from that account i can easly get that money back..

How many people do you think are doing chargebacks? When I called my credit card compnay, they responded, "Oh, Stormpay.com, huh?" as if it was the 100th call today.

Is no one worried that Stormpay will come sue our asses for doing chargebacks?

see people no one is understanding the fact that autosurfers and hyip are baiscally the same thing. you are making a PERCENTAGE off them... The percentage is the key word here and thats why stormpay is freezing accounts it's illegal for such actions... However i don't know why i waste my time telling people this because they don't listen..

I'm confused. Don't take this as flaming, but why are you on this forum if you don't believe in Auto Surfs or HYIPs? Am I just misunderstanding your remark?

If you lost its not Stormpays fault is its YOURS.

Its people like this who should not be playing these games,makes me
mad because all this mess is because of people like that 4.gif

i didn't say i didn't, i've used hyips and autosurfers before, all i am saying is that they are considered as get rich shemes all because of the percentage of the program... And for that SP is stoping it.. it's basically illegal money..
