Is anyone using Stern Capital ? I am a little hesitant to put money in a managed account as I lost a lot of money with another firm. They over traded the account and within 3 months my $10,000.00 was gone. I would like to try again and saw you could start an account with just $250.00. Any info would be helpful.
Thanks
Melvin

I have not tried them, however with a $250.00 minimum I think it worth the risk.

I've heard a lot about sterncapital and seen some excellent reviews, it may be worth giving them a try. What country are they regulated in anyway ??

There is a member called SternCapital with a link to their site on his posts. I do not have enough posts to be able to contact him, so if anyone else will contact him and get him to join this post we may find out a little about the company.
Thanks

Brokers or fund managers that accept $ 250 must be desperate. Serious people do not work with such amounts. I would class it as scam.

I don't think so. You do not give them $250, you set up an account at oanda and pay them 50% of returns. They are just starting and accepting $250 accounts for now.

You can call them desperate, but i will call them robin hood .... not everyone have 2000, 2500, 10000 .... to get into most of these managed accounts. If they are good at what they do, they can turn $250 ... to $137,000. within 2 years (based on 30% monthly compound ... does not take mgmt fees into account). Now if they can get 1000 people because of low entrance fee ... you can do the math long term

There is an old saying. "If you pay peanuts, you get monkies". Same with fund managers. If they are so desperate as to accept a measly $250, you should fully expect a service to match.
