I have an MLM company with valid license from Thailand OCPB (office of Consumer Protection Board) to operate MLM business and few products that have approved license from Thai FDA as well as approval from OCPB to market in MLM business. We have yet to launch, but have ready office, staff and ongoing members registration with sales, and is now wishing to look for some JV partner to build the business together in local Thai market, wondering whether your client will have interest on it? I am a USA Citizen and I have a strong Thailand network that is setting up our MLM business. We have a couple of our products that are being approved by the Thai FDA within weeks. We had started a pre-launch marketing campaign back about 6 months ago with a couple of thousand members waiting. I might consider a JV but need to know more details about your company. (Plan?
