my experience with them FULLY bad!

their 5 day waiting period not working well, and their site is way far from being a practical and user-friendly processor,

im waiting they verify me for days no any service

simply i didnt like it

Their live chat operators are so sweet and they helped me to verify my account and tow accounts of my friends INSTANTLY .... hassles free!

Consumer support is way too far from LR and PM, the best support ever seen for a payment processor honestly.

Today, i can't access the website Mick the chat agent told m it is a ddos attacks, BLCC protection sucks, if they get more powerful protection, im pretty sure N�1 payment processor position is GUARANTEED!

SolidTrust has identified a malicious attack against its clients and business. As has been publicly stated, we came under an extensive DDoS attack which resulted in significant downtime for all members. While in the process of mitigating this attack, our servers came under brute force attack and information from our database was stolen. These are criminal acts. The perpetrator subsequently created a URL wherein he posted the stolen information. SolidTrust, within 24 hours, was successful in reporting the crime to the ISP and webhosting provider of that URL, and the offending link and illegal content has been taken down.

Events such as the above constitute online �break and enter�. Some will accuse SolidTrust of negligence and we will be sharply criticized. If a thief breaks into your well guarded house and steals from you, it does not make you an irresponsible home owner. We are not downplaying these events � but there has been no loss of information, no loss of funds, no access to passwords, none of the information in the database has been changed in any way.

This attack has been contracted and paid for by an individual or group. A war of this magnitude and depth is not cheap, and no one does it just for fun. Somebody somewhere wants SolidTrust Pay gone � but that is not going to happen.

Anyone used their STP Debit card?

I have had their debit card for awhile now. STP used to be my fav, but recently last few months the delays funding the card have been too long. I always like them and support was great, but waiting almost two weeks is not acceptable. They blame it on the bank they do get the wires from. I just got the SP debit card, just need to find where and how to trade funds for SP, and then use their debit card instead. The debit cards are the only way for me to get funds out online. STP used to be really good up until now so dont know what the problem is. Besides the slow card loadings now, I have no other problems with it. Hope it helps! Oh yes and th eonly things with both debit cards, the PP charges 5 bucks to load the card, then the card itself charges 5 dollars to withdraw it! Expensive, but what ya gonna do?! Good luck to you!
