i got replay from STP

but my provider has many IP address
always changes whenever I connect it.
It is not always completely the same.

I had the same problem, due to my dynamic IP I was not able to login to my account anymore, but in a matter of hours they replayed to my mail and had my account fixed.

i unable to log in again

because my ISP has some IP
if i broken connection.
after change IP address automatically
i dont have static IP.

on off on off on off on off.....................

a lot of connections are repeated.
IP became the same.

login succeeded again

very tired

I can't get in again today. Marc fixed it yesterday for me. But my IP can change each time I boot.

i can not log in this morning again
already sent ticket again

resent password done my log in pass has changed 2nd password

i send tickect every day

CAN ANYBODY LOGIN TO THEIR STPay acct rightnow ?

I tried logging in STPay acct with the correct username and pwd but it
said my username and pwd are wrong and it blocks the login after 2 tries.

is it the problem with stpay today ?

i requested my passsword and get error message that i have to sent to stella of STP
includ. my username

waiting for reply now

I'm the same

Got in fine yesterday after changing my passwords as requested last week, now I find I am blocked even though I used the password they sent to me...


Have sent in a support...

This is very frustrating.

Same here this is so annoying worked fine on Friday and then today I went to upgrade a program and could not do it

Have sent an email waiting for a reply but I bet they are swamped with emails because of their new security checks
