I just found a couple of ways for STP support to respond to you quickly, not using the support tickets or phone number.
1. They have a Priority Support email address that they respond to quickly. Make an email to:
priority@solidtrustpay.com, describing your problems.
2. The other method is to post a comment describing your issue on their blog @
http://blog.solidtrustpay.com/. Every comment is approved before posting, so they will read your comment that contains your issue, and then support will help you
ASAP.
I just did this 2 days ago with some issues with my credit card, and got a response within the same day. I replied to their email that they gave me (
priority@solidtrustpay.com I put above), and my issue was resolved in less than 15 minutes after I replied back.
I think that if I did this way back in early June, it would have been so much more helpful for me.
Try these out, and hopefully they will respond and fix your issue.
I am also trying to get bank verified. It looks like verifications take only about 2 weeks to get processed now, so I will wait. If I don't get processed by then, then I will use my methods above. I don't want to abuse this method, since it may not work after a while. I will only use it when I definitely need to contact them.
