I opened a solidtrustpay account on 18.08.10 , funded my account with wallie cards ( prepaid cards similar to ukash , so irreversible ) and waited 5 days for my account to be able to spend. I then went to xchanger.org to get LR. I received an email on 23.08.10 and I was asked to give Solidtrustpay more documents. I followed their instructions and sent an ID as required. On 24.08.10 I got a second email in which I was asked for another ID and an utility bill. I provided those also the same day I got the request. I've been on live chat with them several times in which they confirmed that documents were received but solidtrustpay owner is away and I can't be verrified. On friday ( 27.08.10 )I was told that I will sure get a reply from them. Weekend came and no reply. On Monday( 30.08.10 ) I talked to live chat support and they mentioned documents weren't actually received. So I was told only lies the past week. I sent the documents again , now with delivery confirmation. Below it can be seen that the documents were received and the email was opened. Today I got delayed again but I realized that they will just delay me forever and it's not worth waiting for them. I don't know if this is how they usually work or not but until now this is what I can say : SCAM or bad customer service at least .
Below are the relevant information for my situation ( I wish I would have sent the documents with a read notification the first time also , but I didn't ).

2) live chat log where they actually confirm the past week I was lied as live chat doesn't have access to the investigations email.

Hi bentagisa,
I can't relate to your dealings with STP, but that's how exchanges FROM STP work. Before we are allowed to process an exchange from STP, we must wait for them to give us the approval. In your case, your transaction was put on pending. As soon as we get the approval from STP, your order will be processed.

today STP again became UNsolidUNtrustPay or SolidTrustUNpay. all payments are delayed by words from support. debit card filling is delayed ten days. overseas banks problem again, they say. what kind of bad banks do they use? shame.

I have no problem with STP except long delay for debit card funding.. I requested a withdrawal via stp visa debit card about 3 weeks ago.. there was no update until yesterday... although the money will be funded on Monday (yes, finally got a confirmation email...) it takes too long... i hope they would do something to improve the service... but i would give 8 out of 10..
