Solidtrustpay And Credit Cards, Nearly 2 weeks not being able to use credit cards

This is very painful. As an international user it is easier (and cheaper for small amounts of money) to use credit cards. I also have a referral to join a program and they want to use their credit card and for nearly two weeks SolidTrustPay say the people they use are having technical difficulties. How long can you have technical difficulties. Have had no reply to my support ticket.

It must be hurting SolidTrustPay as well. I'm wondering if they are still working properly. An email to everyone to assure them would be nice.

What to do? The sites that I need to fund really only accept SolidTrustPay.

Read your message and I am in program that is using
probably the same CC processor and we have been
notified the CC processor will be available Wed.
July 16th.

I am sure it is the same one STP is using.

Yes, I was told by several friends the same thing about the STP and cc uploading difficulties as of late. Duh what to advise but maybe wait a while and find out more.

We would first like to thank you for your patience with this matter as we understand your frustrations. SolidTrust Pay no longer uses a French processor as their services were unacceptable. We are now in the midst of integrating new services which should be available very soon. As soon as these new options are integrated into our system, members will see the option automatically appearing in their Deposit Money area again.

Well thats positive. I noticed the STP support has greatly improved. I am happy using the ticket system now, whereas before it was always an International phone call.

I have put in several tickets and have not received a reply. Further, i have been unable to withdraw ANY of my money from STP all summer. Is anyone else having problems getting money out?
I will never use this processor again or recomend it to anyone.

Just wanting to update everyone. The credit card option is now back online and available to all Solid Trust Pay customers. Even our active members are now able to deposit up to $150 per transaction to a total of $500 per month.

Trust Card holders will continue to have their credit card deposits confirmed instantly, for immediate access to their funds. Non Trust Card holders will have their transaction cleared within the 24 hour time frame.

one thing i hate in stp if i dont really need my money i get it in 3 days to the card but let me actually need it they take 20 freaking days. really ? lol it says 3 day priority withdraw they charge you for if they take this long they owe me 3 bucks.. biggrin.gif
