Solidtrustpay And Credit Cards, Nearly 2 weeks not being able to use credit cards

This is very painful. As an international user it is easier (and cheaper for small amounts of money) to use credit cards. I also have a referral to join a program and they want to use their credit card and for nearly two weeks SolidTrustPay say the people they use are having technical difficulties. How long can you have technical difficulties. Have had no reply to my support ticket.

It must be hurting SolidTrustPay as well. I'm wondering if they are still working properly. An email to everyone to assure them would be nice.

What to do? The sites that I need to fund really only accept SolidTrustPay.

We would first like to thank you for your patience with this matter as we understand your frustrations. SolidTrust Pay no longer uses a French processor as their services were unacceptable. We are now in the midst of integrating new services which should be available very soon. As soon as these new options are integrated into our system, members will see the option automatically appearing in their Deposit Money area again.

Well thats positive. I noticed the STP support has greatly improved. I am happy using the ticket system now, whereas before it was always an International phone call.
