However, it is written in such a way that it will rank well in the search engines for your keywords and provide your website with important back links that will also help boost its position in the search engine rankings. Or a Link Exchange to other web masters. Where you place a link back to his/her site from your web page, and they'll place a link back to yours. I suppose there are no black and white guidelines of how social bookmarking should be used, but from my personal opinion, social bookmarking is best used for SEO and not necessarily direct marketing of products and services. Most SEO specialists, like myself, use social bookmarking to get links to boost their feeder sites up in the search engines.
