I have nearly a decade of experience in this industry. The first forum I joined was ACC Central. The first programs that I joined were 12DailyPro and StudioTraffic. Since 2005, I've been a lurker on this site.

Three years ago, my partner and I, after much research, decided we wanted to create a program of our own.

So we have an extensive history in this industry, and have already dedicated three years of our lives to this program. I am able to dedicate myself full time to this business in order to help ensure the success of our members.

About us

My name is Emelie Schultz.Nineteen months ago, my partner and I set off on the task of creating SilverMazmuaVault.During that time period, we strived to build a program that would flow smoothly and coherently.Relying on nearly a decade of experience in this industry, we were able to create a business plan which presented a fair and accurate outline of our company. This took much effort in drafting and redrafting our ideas, but in the end, we were able achieve a great business/financial plan. Our next task was to get our business operational so that it would start generating enough money/revenue stream to ensure our success into the future. Achieving this goal, all we had left to do was to interpret our data and translate it into a reasonable projection in order to shape our business. It is a relief, after these long months, to finally have our business up and running.

Success in life, as well as in business, is determined by what you can provide for others. What value can you bring to other peoples lives' that will enrich them and empower them. The more you can help others, the more you, yourself, will be enriched.- Unknown

How Long Will We Last?

To bring maximum effectiveness, as well as financial security for our members, we are limiting our program to a time period of three (3) years. This is for two reasons.

The first reason is to allow our members to build a business plan themselves. By being upfront about the duration of this program, we are allowing our members to plan accordingly. There will be no worry of a sudden closing. Instead, you will be able to invest wisely, knowing your money is safe.

The second reason is to allow security and stability in our program.By creating a time limit on our program, we are also able to plan accordingly. We are essentially, eliminating one of the most difficult variables: time.

It is a lack of formal financial knowledge/training, as well as not having a good plan and sticking to it, that is risky. That is why we have a group of investors with a long track record of winning on a consistent basis. They all have enough losses that have given them the wisdom that only comes from making mistakes and learning from them, which is very important in this industry.

Our group of investors are investment savvy. They know that bad economic times/market offer them the best opportunities because non-investors are panicking and selling when they should be buying. This knowledge comes from knowing the game.

We have entered into the era of great changes and opportunities. For some people it will be the best of times, for others it will be the worst of times.

What We Invest In

* REO - Buying Bank Owned Real Estate is a property that goes back to the mortgage company after an unsuccessful foreclosure auction
* Mobile Home Parks- By leasing the land to residents, there is very little maintenance required. Mobile home park expenses are minimal, compared to apartments or single family homes.
* Forex Trading- Not the robot kind, human traders with an excellent trading history. Back in 2004 we where reading a lot about Forex trading in the hyip industry and became interested. An associate of mine told me about a group of traders he knew that lived in the Dominican Republic. We able to meet with them and that are how we came into forex trading. No we do not do the trading are selves.
* Sports Arbitrage Betting- Done through a personal friend who has 12 years experience in this field.

As you can see, we have leveraged our experience with resources of others and our diversified portfolio has created a better system of delivery and is the key to our success and it also minimizes overall risk.

Why we have created a better system of delivery:

* Our mission had to be strong and clear so that we were able to weather the trials every advertising company goes through. SMV knew that if we forgot or neglected the mission, the company would die. Our mission was to fill a need that the advertisers wanted.Just to make money is not a strong enough mission. We needed a team
* Our team founders: SMV’s job as team leader was to select a group of team founders that we liked and trusted. They had to share a common goal: protecting and advancing SMV interests.They had to be financially literate (know how to read a financial statement), know the difference between an asset and liability, as well as good debt and bad debt. By building and cultivating a team of professionals that cared about SMV,I would be able to concentrate on our goals and succeed into the future. That is why building the right team of founders was important. They had the experience, passion, and commitment that SMV needed.
* Cash flow: How we chose our investments.The company had to posses what we knew was important to run a successful business.Successful cash flow is very important. Proper cash flow began on the first day we started SMV and that is how we managed it into the future.

Dangers to SMV’s cash flow:

* Hit and runner- bad debt and liability. To defend our program against this risk, we have imposed certain limits. A daily limit of five hundred and a total investment limit of three thousand. As well as these limits, we have also put into place an 80% limit on the withdrawal on cash day.
* Fearful and worriers- liability. If we feel that you are too fearful and are going to worry all of the time, we will cancel your account and make you whole.
* Fake deposits-bad debt and liability This is why we need five business days after you request cash out so we can find the cheaters. This is also why payout is done manually.
* Out of control growth-liability.It will be important to control growth. Because of this,we will only accept five hundred members to start.This helps us manage the cash flow. When we reopen, our founding members will have a better understanding of our system and will properly tell others. Our team members play an important role in your and ours success.

Through the course of the program, we will take the time to review and revise our business plan at regular intervals. It is simply a wise business practice. It forces us to take a hard look at where things are, how well we are meeting expectations, and how to structure future activities.

I can not make you rich; it is your job to become rich. If you have poor money management skills, then all of the money in the world can not save you. However, if you minimize your risks wisely, you will be on your own path to freedom.
