FAQ
How Does Sigma-surf.info Work?
Sigma-surf is free to join, but our system is geared towards theserious online professional and/or promoter and thus we encourage all members to upgrade in order to maximize their experience with us. For our members with active upgrades, everyday you log into your account and surf 12 pages, you will earn the equivalent of 12% of your membership level. That means you will earn .72 per day for every upgrade unit you purchase. If you want to earn more, you can have up to 1000 active upgrades units at a time.
How do I withdraw my earnings?
As a Free Member, you cannot withdraw your earnings, regardless of the amount, until you purchase a minimum of 1 upgrade unit.Payments of upgrade members will be made within 48 hours.
What are the payment processors you are using?
Our payment processors are E-gold.
What if all my upgrade units have expired?
If you do not have any active upgrade units, your account reverts to a free account with all its limitations including the inability to cashout any earnings gathered from that point forward. This will remain the case until you upgrade your account again. Thus, you will see it pays to stay upgraded.
How can you afford to pay at this high rate?
In order to insure the long term success and sustainability of Sigma-surf, your upgrade earnings are financed not only on incoming member fees, but also with multiple income streams including advertising, and off-site investments. In addition, the fact that we only payout to upgraded members allows us grow our reserve fund at an exponentially faster rate than other programs.
I paid for an upgrade but it shows free member..why?
We manually add the upgrades and it takes time...please allow 24 hours for your upgrade to be added to the system although it usually only take a few hours.
Why was my account deleted or suspended?
If your account has been deleted or suspended it is either because of non active for 30 days or because you have broken our rules/terms or have filed a claim. Please read that section for details. Members who violate the terms will have their account deleted.
Can I have more than one account?
No, we only accept one account per one IP address and per email. If we find that you have multiple accounts, all of your accounts will be deleted, whether they are free or upgraded accounts.
How many sites can I add to the rotation?
Free members can add 1 site to the rotation. Upgraded members can add 3 site to the rotation at a time.
What happens if Sigma-surf goes out of business?
We anticipate a long and lucrative life for Surf12Daily.com. However, if there comes a time when we feel it necessary to change our rates or to close our business completely, we promise to give you as much notice as we possibly can. We will also do everything we can to payout all outstanding balances should that occur.
Is there any charges?
Yes, there is a 1% charge on payouts to help with costs
How do the commissions work?
When one of your referrals upgrades for the first time you will recieve commissions but only on the first upgrade. EXAMPLE: lets say you have referred 5 people and all 5 purchased upgrade units you will recieve commissions on all 5 members but you won't recieve commissions on there future upgrades.
