i'm not doing online business but i have a friend,winnie, who is selling sneakers and fashion clothes online.

from chatting with her, i found there was big risk to run online-business. One is the risk on payment and the other is on the shipment.

there are always many frauds who place the order and pay with credit card. and then they just chargeback when they receive the shoes or other goods. there is no reason from the bank and there is neither any chance for the merchandise to appeal to the bank for the money back. not only goods but also processing fee charged by the bank was lost. that's too bad.

As to the shipment, no one can guarrantee the exact shipping date. because there are many factors uncertain during the shipment, for example the duration when the package is held by the customs. And sometimes the shipping address is correct but it is just undeliverable as it is stated on the www.usps.com. what's worse is the customer can not understand it and just blame the merchandise.

i want to know the experiences also!
