Seems to me your friend likes affiliate programs
It would take some serious money to get the money back you pay for their services.
It does seem they have been around for a while and are ok, but the few comments I found around on sports forums, was that they were no where near as good as they made themselves look!

I paid for the Kelso Sturgeon Sports Handicapping service and hated it from the day I bought it. After 3 days of having it I called my bank to dispute the charges…it sucks. The guy gave me winnings of 30%, he was 2 of 6. The games were what they call 3-5 point games. If your planning on betting long term b e consistent as these guys are not AND they don’t list their TRUE weekly winning/losses. This website is put together ok, but…you’re placing your life in another person’s hands that doesn’t know you and would advise you borrow money from somebody else to re-up your account if it goes to low.

Question for you:
Are you betting MLB or what other sport?
Approximately how much are you planning to deposit . the price you were thinking of if you bought this service you’re talking about)?
