How do you know what you should list your price at for a website you are selling that you flipped? How do you ge ta basis besides what you have put into it?

I have been working on a really good one with lots of stats and traffic but I just done know what to sell it for?

It has a page rank of 3/10 and an alexa of about 2,000,000. It gets 200 visits each day that are pure organic because it was featured in the NY times and a UK paper.

What do you think I should list it for?

Here is just a general rule of thumb
total monthly revenue X 18 = website value
as I said....general rule of thumb...but I would make that the LOWEST price to accept for your site
