was just wondering because im not turning up anything but i desparately need to exchange 600LR for Paypal but cannot afford to get scammed,

paypal does not allow exchange... first of all.

the best way to exchange to paypal is between people that you can trust.. or maybe take a look at this site.. exchangezone.com

I have used absolutexchange.eu to transfer my Liberty Reserve money in my PayPal account.

Before initiating this process I contacted support@absolutexchange.eu 2 times; and a person named HELEN has replied me within 2 hours every time and assured me that absolutexchange will complete this transfer process within 24 hours.

I have written several emails to support@absolutexchange.eu till today dated 26, Dec, 2012 but he has not replied even a single one.
Now till today 01 Jan 2013, 19 days has been passed but neither absolutexchange.eu is giving my money $280.17 in my PayPal account nor he is replying my emails.
