I am very interested in working with some affliliate companies but am not sure which one's are the best and most reliable. Does anyone have any advice for me?

If you want to be an affiliate, just make sure you don't have to "pay" to sell for them. If they have a good product that you are selling for them, there is no need to charge you... to sell for them. See what I'm getting at? It's a two way street. They need you to sell their product. You need them to pay you for selling their product. Don't get used.

I would defently have to say clickbank if you want to promot digital goods. You can search for affiliate program related to your interest and then go ahead and contact some of these businesses and make a note of service you get, whether or not you even want to try and do business with them. Promoting digital products your commisions will be much higher... Hope this gives you a little more insight...

What I look for is who's running the show and their track record along with the leaders that are promoting the product. For me, value is the biggest thing and also the community and being able to learn and grow.

First I would say you need to see which product you want to promote.
This is depending on the niche you chose.
If the product is good, there's a good affiliate program behind it as well usually.
