Hi I got scammed with megaluido a long time ago.
Can I still ask a refund or is it to late?

I believe the maximum time to get refund in AlertPay is 30 days after the transaction.
Btw, I got refund from AlertPay after being scammed by MegaLido, but I filed the dispute in less than 30 days after I bought ads package in MegaLido.

Did you ever get your money back?? There have been rumors that Alertpay is planning to change it's refund policy to 60 or possibly even 90 days after purchase. This would not only hinder more scammers but also increase the customer base as more customers would be able to get refunds & therefore feel more secure using the processor.

@ dannyson1 I received my refund after 2 months (I filed the dispute on November 2008 and received the refund on January 2009), hehe..  @vlucas AlertPay has also never sent me any replies I only received their automated response after I submitted the ticket and that email when I got my refund. I asked many things to AlertPay, but none is answered

When you have problems with your creditcart, you will recieve a quick reply.. cause they GET money but when you have troubles with fraud or so... no response

Their support is just in their own favour, they don't care about others. That is my oppinion
