Real estate business growing up fast people like to invest in real estate business. In commercial property investment also good there are many location in commercial property were the people invest there money for future. Land rate always increase so that the investment in real estate is better for other investments. There is a large number of prospective home buyers who can't qualify for a mortgage. Lenders have tightened up, creating a huge backlog of people who want to stop renting and own their own home, but simply can't because they can't qualify for a loan. Enter the "Rent to Own."
A rent-to-own home (or lease purchase option) gives the person the option to purchase the property while they are renting, and in some cases, allows a portion of each payment to go towards the purchase price. For those unable to qualify for a mortgage, it is the ideal scenario. Therefore, the rent-to-own is in very high demand right now.
At the exact same time, there are hundreds of thousands of properties on the market right now that are not selling. In many cases, the reason why the home is not selling is that the homeowner is unwilling to drop the price low enough to compete with the short sales and foreclosures in their neighborhood. Month after month, these listings sit with no showings and no offers.
Overtime, these property sellers get tired of making payments on a home that won't sell. If offered, they actually would be quite open to a lease purchase option, whereby the person agrees to lease the property with the option to buy it in the future.

You could take up commercial real estate for either reselling after appreciation or for renting out to, say, retailers. The commercial real estate development is in fact treated as the first sign for growth of residential real estate. Once you know of the possibility of significant commercial growth in the region (either due to tax breaks or whatever), you should start evaluating the potential for appreciation in the prices of commercial real estate and then go for it quickly (as soon as you find a good deal). And you must really work towards getting a good deal. If you find that commercial real estate, e.g. land, is available in big chunks which are too expensive for you to buy, you could look at forming a small investor group (with your friends) and buy it together (and split the profits later). In some cases e.g. when a retail boom is expected in a region, you might find it profitable to buy a property that you can convert into a warehouse for the purpose of renting to small businesses.
Although this recession crisis make a big impact on the real estate business. Rockefeller make his wealth from this crisis. Rich people doesn't care about any crisis....
So commercial real estate presents a whole plethora of investing opportunities, you just need to grab it. This is a great post. What has changed, if anything, since you posted it back in '09? Does it need an update?

Well all i can say that is really a good tips and a good opportunity to invest.In Finland country now a days i seen many kiinteistövälitys koulutus or real estate agent training that really studying a lot in real estate world and no wonder that someday some of them will be popular in real estate.
