Mr. RealNinja, here's some encouraging recent findings to aid you in your quest:
'HOW TO QUIT?
How? Scientists say there's only one way: go cold turkey.
Robin Lloyd writes in LiveScience.com that a sudden decision to quit is two to three times more effective than planning ahead and cutting down gradually, despite the fact that, as researcher Robin West says, "It very much goes against conventional wisdom in the field."
And switching to "low tar" cigarettes is a complete waste of time.'

They say the first few days are the worst.
They are certainly right. My kidneys hurt, my chest hurts, I have a killer migraine and I threw up at the theatre.
Im extra hungry, but as soon as I eat, I immediately feel like crap and it just makes my stomach more upset. Everytime I sit up, I feel dizzy.
Its like I suddenly came down with the flu. Very stupid indeed.

Best wishes Mr. RealNinjuz. I don't have any vices so I can't truly grasp your agonies but a powerful intent can achieve powerful outcomes.

Have you tried the patch or gum - you know, just to keep you from going thru such nasty withdrawals? - if you're staying away from nicotene completely, try some Skullcap. It's a great herb that helps reduce physical withdrawal symptoms and cravings. And ALTOIDS are awesome for quitting! You may go thru 2-3 cases a day, but they're awesome for stress reduction (crunch, crunch, crunch - burn!)
