I have 5 open disputes in my paypal account,so can i withdraw present money which i have?

Yes but i have 700$ which is not related to those disputes,can i withdraw those?

You can withdraw money that is not in dispute. The only time you cannot withdraw from your paypal account is when the account has been limited (freezed).

I though so.I mean if you are big seller and you do let's say 10 sales per day there is always a change for chargeback and dispute.Tehnicly that will be blackmailing to preventing customer to take money.
