Hey guys ... This is my first post here, so please help me out ..

I have been seeing this forum regularly for a while now, and thought this is probably the best place to post this at ..

I happen to live in a country where Paypal is currently not supported. But I have found out that I can still use Paypal, if I can get a Virtual Credit Card and verify/fund my Paypal account through that ... I need some guidance on this matter .. I have marked a few issues below, please help me out on them:

1) On which country should I base my Paypal account on ? I have heard that you also need a Bank Account in addition to a Credit Card, to verify your account in some countries ... I want to avoid this ..

2) From which site should I purchase a Virtual Credit Card ? Here are some of my requirements:
- Should accept payments through the standard VISA ..
- Should allow me to verify my Paypal account completely !
- Should allow me to reload my card, so I can also fund my Paypal account with it ..
- Should be reasonably priced!
