Man I could have saved +88pips if I closed my orders before the news. This is why I do not trade during the news. Still would have been negative for today but it would be by a small amount. Accept it and move on to the next day.

Thanks man, trying to get in that positive even though I should have been there already but results are not based off what you could of had so just keep it moving. I guess you could say I use both as I do keep an eye on fundamentals but mainly just technical.

No trades yesterday as there was no true direction in the market. Each pair pretty much stayed in a range and I was able stay out. No gain yesterday but there was no loss which is the most important thing.
