But, the investor can make much more if done right. I've been an investor now for a few years and it is tougher than it seems - especially with the current market. But myself and my business partners figured if we can make money now, we can make money anytime! But I will tell you on a property I just recently sold, the agent made much more money than I did! I found over the years is you have to have to get a education in your market. You make your money when you buy.
