I have 4 different banners running on Adhitz and have already gained 118 referrals, but only 1 had upgraded which is a shame. Is there a banner which helps explain or encourage new members to upgrade? I have to admit when I first started I was overwhelmed with the site and if I didn't have the patience to read and join the video conferences then I would have already left. I am afraid this is the case for most members joining.
