Can someone tell me what's going on with SolidTrustPay? I requested 2 withdrawals, one on May 19th and one on May 20th via check. I've yet to receive either check. They don't answer the telephone or reply to support tickets. DID I GET RIPPED OFF?

What makes me angry is that SolidTrustPay don't answer the telephone or LIVE HELP or support tickets. They are very unprofessional and I will never, ever use them for my payment processor.

It's shown like

You are no longer logged in to JustBeenPaid properly.

Simply log in again and you are all set.

Just adding my log to the fire too. I am also getting the same error when logging into JSS Tripler. The JBP login is fine though. I hope this gets up and running soon.

I am currently using SolidTrustPay also. I would use Payza but at the moment they seem to be trying to work things out ever since they became Payza. I can't fund my E-Wallet with my credit card and that is my only option at the moment. SolidTrustPay has been working out for me. They were a little slow when I wanted to transfer funds into my STP account but after I sent a support ticket, it was processed soon after.

Where do you currently reside? I know STP has been having issues when it comes to using their check feature.

I get the same problem too, but it worked right after I cleared internet browsing data. I dont know if it is just a coincidence, but if you still cant access either the tripler or jss pages then try it.
