I have the same problem. All my expired and transferred, but unplaced positions have gone away sad.gif As well as those converted from previous Restart. They haven't been placed and now they are just gone. And I even don't remember exactly how many positions there were. Now in that column stands the number from the last Restart only. And in other ones (expired and transfered) - only those that matured after the last Restart. EVERYTHING that was before has faded way. Very disappointing.

I haven't submitted a support ticket though, because I though they would fix it. But still nothing happens and it seems like not going to happen...Positions are just "lost" sad.gif I think few people will understand what we are talking about and be able to help us, because so far we are the only ones facing such issue...I've asked about it at many different forums.

If you get an answer from support, please, let me know. Meanwhile I myself will submit a ticket concerning the issue.

Both of you should take some screen shots of your accounts.
That way you would have data with which you could address to JBP support.

I've been myself taking them at least once a week (or when something is going to happen like restart or changing name of the site that will occur in few days), and updating them with new ones.

I've been doing that since the first day and just got tired, but now I see that it can become useful.
At least you will have exact data to address support.

I heard Frederick say on a call that he would find out what was going on with the $5 loan for the placements. There was a few members wondering about that and wanted it to come back. As far as I know, it's still not working. So maybe after the new servers are installed we'll see those wonderful loans again, lol

Sorry but I have no clue how the placement / premium / platinum are going to be filled, or help with the filling. I realize it's all way behind but how it's going to be 'calculated' is a mystery to me.

Perhaps someone else has listened to the calls or heard something that I haven't. But like everyone else, I'm just waiting patiently for things to get done and start moving a little faster again.
