However the payment was returned into my jss account and it was said that the LR account number was wrong(Which is correct by the way). After a long loading time in Firefox it says "The connection was reset". He tried with different browsers, but every time the same error. He is from Singapore. He cleared cookies and cache. He gave me his password and I have no problem logging into his JBP account. I checked it. Everything is ok in his account. What could be the problem?
