You can say what you want to ...BUT... Promises can only be undone if all parties involved agree. I never agreed to that.

They made this promise and I am going to hold them to that as far as I will be able to.

What a JOKE they turned out to be, all those promises and at the end notin but BULLCRAP my family and I we lost THOUSANDS with them, enough of surfs and hyips for us PERIOD,Edit: Happy New Year my friends,

Let's understand something first. I am NOT defending them nor will I ever. I am pointing out to you that they have stated last week that they do not intend on fulfilling the refund promises - which I do NOT agree to either but that is what they said. Holding them or not there is little to no chance any refunds will be made now. They packed up and took whatever money was left. I hope you can understand me now.

Yes, and they should not be allowed to offer any of these opps as long as they haven't paid. We must try to stop them if they try to open up something else for people unless they start refunding. Since you seem to know for a fact they are not going to refund original PAC'ers anymore like they promised, I guess in that case they should never be allowed back into the money making opps.

I know for a fact that they will not refund because they themselves said it in their last email. Didn't you read it?

"no more talk of refunds" is rather ambiguous, and this message was not sent to PAC (original) members, only to PRS and PFA subscribers.

But if this includes PAC (original) members that they promised refunds, then actions from EL and Kazzy towards any offers on new opps from their side should be detected and put into the spot light as malafide ones upfront ASAP because they then owe quite some promised money to former members of the PAC family of opps, so that people can avoid subscription or membership, and stop K and/or EL in their tracks.

As much as someone would wish to be able to do these things, we have to face that in the hyip dictionary those words are equal empty spaces, even when the will is there. Point being, take words like promise and refunds in the hyip world for non existent and if they happen it is nothing less than a miracle.

they only talk about refunds when they had interest in launch another scam using that identity. They are the kind of ppl who don´t deserve to live in this world. They should be riped for our benefit!
