Since last 2-3 years I am thinking to start work on selling e-books because I believe that e-books selling is great income source, there is nothing to add, just buy e-book once and then develop website and sell it but due to lack of interest and time it was pending but now I have decided to complete this job.

My Goal: I want to develop one completely Auto-Pilot money making system that I set once and then enjoy regular income. 1-2 hours a day work is not much work so that will not be a problem. Another purpose of developing this system is often my friends and known people ask me to tell them such money making opportunity so they may make money safely. Definitely I can never recommend them investing in hyips because that is very risky, requires money and patience. So what I want is to develop a system that really works and then recommend to my friends at local level so they may earn money. Another purpose of this Auto-Pilot and guaranteed system is to help poor people in making money. I wish I can help poor people. So instead of giving them money, I planned I give them system so they may earn money themselves with respect and dignity. So there are many goals beyond my project. If I can help needy people in making safe money then I will assume I have done a great job. Specially for those families whose men are died and there is no adult male in family to earn livelihood, I wish I can provide them such system so they can make money without leaving home. There is enough written why I want to develop this Auto-Pilot system.

My ideas. Right now I am confused a little bit. My master idea was selling e-books and I am still focusing this idea. Because selling e-books means money is coming into your own account. If money is going to any reliable payment gateway it means that is in your pocket. On other hand if I join a number of Affiliate networks, work hard and recommend others and later they don't pay them I can't face people to whom I recommended those affiliate programs. So right now best idea left is selling e-books online, might be you can add some thing to this. What is in my mind is to build my own Affiliate Network (selling e-books, products, etc)

The main advantage of setting up my own Affiliate Network is at least I know money coming from selling e-books is my money and that will not gone by any tricks and lame excuses like many affiliate networks do. If one e-book is soled it means I got money in my account and I can really really pay affiliate commission to the person who sold that e-book. Then I can recommend my affiliate network to my local friends and needy people who really want to make money by living at home. I can give them guarantee and of course I will pay them. I don't have any fear that I will lose money.

In addition personally I can find good affiliate networks and also recommend few chosen affiliate networks to my subscribers. That will be extra opportunities.

Affiliate System I am looking for should be multi level/tier system. I believe that multi level commission system work great, often webmasters don't like selling e-books/products personally but they can join and refer others to get commission from their referrals earning so multi-level commission system is a great idea to be successful in this business.

Best Affiliate Network System / Script
Payment Gateway / Merchant Account (Can be compatible with affiliate script)
Quality e-books/products (there are hundred thousands e-books those can be sold at any price)

Please give me your ideas and recommendations. Right now my interest level is at its peak and I have worked on this. I want to complete this job as soon as possible with minimum budget.

I can advertise my site/project at local level by pamphlet, local news paper, banners, cable-network, magazines, etc. I am sure if I advertise my project at local level then I can get 10000 members easily who can work for me to earn money. 300$-400$ per month income will be great for them at start. And I am planning to pay them in their local bank accounts so they can feel much comfortable. It means money should come to my Merchant Account from where I transfer it to my local bank account and then pay to my members in local currency. Of course there will be a lot of international subscribers also and I will pay them accordingly like in Paypal, Moneybooker, Wire, etc.

There will be thousands untrained people who never connected to internet, their training will be another issue. The main idea how to sell e-books for those newbies is to post on forums and other real ideas bring up by you people. For example if I give them links of 300-500 discussion forums for these opportunities and they people post on these forums daily then then can sell products. Additionally there will be much more ideas that will be added later.

If my Auto-Pilot system works great then I will also announce best affiliate bonuses and laptop winners. I am very honest and really want to do some thing great for needy people.

Please come up with your ideas and recommendation because this project is not for myself only it is for benefit of needy and poor people who are waiting for money. Your ideas, recommendation and contribution will be highly appreciated.

I definitely agree that affiliate programs are great assets to websites. I have recently set one up on my web hosting company. The hardest thing for me was deciding on the percentage to pay my affiliates. I had to make sure that my affiliate program would attract people to join but would also still spare me money to run my website and make a profit. I finally decide upon paying 50% to all my affiliates. However, all my affiliates make a recurring commission every month. For example, if they get someone to signup for the $20/per month reseller plan, then they will be making $10 every month as long as the person continues hosting with me.

I am also offering 40%-50% for my affiliates. Right now the hardest thing for me is to find e-books selling software with 5 Level Referral Commission system. There are many softwares to sell e-books but I am looking for 5 Tier commission system to webmasters??
