Closed programs are programs whose administrators have officially announced the end to their programs.

Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.

Offline programs are programs whose websites have been down for a minimum of 7 days.

Inactive programs are programs whose thread on MMG has not had a single post for a period of 4+ weeks.<-- this is a silly requirement. This mean a scammer admin can just need to ask someone to make a single post every 4 weeks and this will keep his "stop paying" program in the active program - and this might cause someone to accidently deposit money in this "stop paying month ago" program.

Here's what a crook program owner can do to keep his "stop paying ages ago" program to still stay in MMG's active programs section
Closed program --- the crook will never announced his program closed even though he has stopped paying many month ago
Inactive programs --- the crook will just ask someone to make a single post just once every 4 weeks.
Offline programs -- the crook will of course keep his site up hoping someone will accidently make a deposit to the program because he/she saw the program is not in the closed/inactive/offline program section.

OK, rules are rules and we all understand that.

How about this ...

Although this particular site is live and collecting payments,

members are reporting that they have NOT been Paid.

Therefore, we should just pronounce this program dead.

If you still want to enter and play, do so at your own risk.

There are many waiting to be paid and have not.

Please don't spend money that you don't want to lose.

That thread was started over 4 years ago and in HYIP/surf industry was a long long time taking into consideration that the average lifetime of such programs are maybe just a month or 2. Thus the sentiment might be totally different now.
Anyway, how you do you know the poll was done fairly - how you know crook program admins did not pay others to make votes in their favour ?
Lastly, the majority rules doesn't mean MMG admin has to follow - if rules are just not right - it does not make sense to use them.

We are maybe 99.9% sure that the admin is a crook - else why did he not announced the program closed or close the site ? As to the site not paying since over a month or 2 ago, that is a fact. People might not have the patience to read all the posts here and if he read the earlier posts, saw the program is still in active folder, he might conclude the program is still paying and "contribute" his money to this scammer.

Until this is shown as a CLOSED PROGRAM,
maybe it would be wise to leave this as the last post,
so new people coming to check will see what has happened.
Most check new posts first.
