About 3 weeks ago I was trying to get a decent template to my LICENSED script, and I found this link to phphyip.net.

I contacted him on the yahoo! messenger and we agreed on a price and a time limit to have the template ready: $100.00 and it would be ready in 2 days.

I paid:

After the payment he disappeared. And stopped answering to my messages, mails and refusing to refund my money.

I got a template from another person and now I would like to advise everyone out there to stay away from this scammer, I strongly suggest you not to pay this person anything at all as you will be left without money and without service.

Guys, I have to be honest here, after all this time (40 days) I was no longer expecting this to happen, but, without any recent request, threat or anything, phphyip contacted me via Yahoo! Messenger and refunded me my money.

I must say this guy is honest, really surprised here, e just gained my TRUSTED seal!
