1. Who does Global-ex.biz belong to?
A. Global-ex.biz belongs to Jack Russell and supported by a team of two personnel who will be helping in operating the entire project.

2. Why has a Gold Coder's script been used for Global-ex.biz?
A. We had examined several scripts but Gold Coder's script has turned out to be
very user friendly. 5. Can you provide more details on the Global-ex investment plans?
A.We have planned to pay 12% to 16% as profit per day for 10 days. Due to this being a launching period for us, we are offering a much higher profit percentage which may be reconsidered. There are 4 business plans and we give you the option to benefit from our e-currency exchange feature, besides investing and making your profits at Global-ex.

6. Would you provide more information on plans that offer exchange option (EG to EB and EB to EG) and withdrawal?
A. For EG-EB and EB-EG plans, you have to select option to make deposit via e-gold or e-bullion and the follow the instructions carefully. Your withdrawals will be processed as usual depending upon the plan you have chosen. Please check your e-gold / e-bullion account for confirmation because you may not receive the transaction (batch id) details in the e mail after the withdrawal request has been processed.

7. Would you be introducing other e-currencies in Global-ex in future?
A. Yes, we will look into adding other e-currencies for our business transactions if our members request us to do so. However, we will oblige to such requests only upon the availability and convenience of that particular facility.

8. Are members allowed to have multiple accounts in Global-ex?
A. We do NOT allow any member to have multiple accounts with us. Any member found disobeying this rule will have all his or her accounts created through that particular IP address terminated immediately without notice.

9. Will any withdrawal fee be charged? How long will it take to have my withdrawal request processed?
A. There is no withdrawal fee for any withdrawals processed in Global-ex. As mentioned above, our highly trained and efficient staff will have each withdrawal request processed as soon as possible. Slight delays due to the occurrence of queues for withdrawal requests may happen, but we will have your requests processed as soon as possible.

10.Will any referral commission be made available to your members?
A. Yes, a fee of 5% will be paid for each referral made by a member. However, only single level members will be eligible for the commission. However,any member found using multiple IDs in order to be eligible for the referral commission, will have his or her accounts terminated immediately.

11.Why have only e-gold and e-bullion been included as the acceptable e-currencies in Global-ex?
A. E-gold and e-bullion are frequently used by most online investors currently. Therefore, we have decided to also provided our members with the option to have their e-currency converted as they invest. We believe that this additional feature will be a definite benefit to most of our members. We may consider including other e-currency services in Global-ex if our members request, depending upon the availability and convenience.

12.Is there any bonus for your members?
A. Yes, a bonus of 10% will be given to investing members, which will be added to your account so that it can be withdrawn by the member immediately.
