Personal account.
Payweb is a safe and easy-to-use online payment instrument.
There are two types of accounts available at Payweb.com: personal accounts and business accounts.
Personal account may be used for online payments to other Payweb users, payments for goods and services, receiving rewards via various affiliation and partnership programs, opening a personal debit card account at one of our bank partners or cash withdrawal using the debit card.
Business account may be used for making salary payments to your employees' debit card accounts, payments to your partners within various partner programs, receiving payments for goods and services, drawing electronic checks.
Each Payweb user is assigned a unique identification number (Payweb ID) which is used for all payments made via Payweb (Fig.1).
After authorization the user is redirected to “My PayWeb Account” page, which contains the following information:
Payweb ID, account balance, number of messages received, latest transaction, latest login date.
There is a navigation menu on the left of the page containing the following sections:
My PayWeb account -> My Transactions (Fig.2) History of all the payment transactions (both incoming and outgoing) made under your account.
My PayWeb account -> Send money (Fig.3)Direct funds transfer to other Payweb users. All internal transfers are accomplished instantly.
To send funds to another Payweb account you need to specify the transfer amount in the “Amount (net)” field.
Total payment amount including operational fee will automatically appear in the “Amount (total)” field.
Beneficiary Payweb ID – Payweb ID of the recipient of payment. You can type it manually or add it using address book.
Payment description – details on the payment or text comment for beneficiary.
My PayWeb account -> Add funds by bank transfer (Fig. 4). This section contains Bank details for your Payweb account replenishment via international wire transfer in USD.
My Debit Card account -> Open a Debit Card (Fig.5)All Payweb users are offered to open a personal bank account at one of our partner banks.
To open a debit card account one needs to complete the relevant form, pay the debit account opening fee ($42) and send hard copies of the required documents (notarized copy of the client's ID and any address proofing document (e.g. utility bill) to one of Payweb addresses mentioned on (Fig.6).
All the fields in the form are to be completed in English only.

By default bank account opened via Payweb may be used only for receiving wire transfers and sending (or receiving) internal transfers. All funds transferred to the bank account may be withdrawn from ATM using debit card as well as transferred internally to other bank clients. In order to send external wire transfers you will have to purchase Digipass.
Digipass is a credit-card size authentication device that is used for verification while accessing your bank account. Digipass generates a unique Response Code each time it is used providing maximum security of your transactions.

By default debit card and access codes to the bank account are sent to the client by regular mail in two separate envelopes. On average it takes from 2 to 4 weeks for the mail to be delivered. If you need the mail to be delivered promptly or care to provide additional security of the correspondence it is possible to order courier delivery . It usually takes about 4-5 days for the mail to be delivered by courier service.
