We regret any inconvenience this may cause you. What paypal is saying is we can receive money in our account and use it to buy stuff. We can also buy stuff online by adding a credit card or debit card but cannot withdraw..geez

We can also buy stuff online by adding a credit card or debit card but cannot withdraw..geez yes you can withdraw . you need to first verify your credit card or debit card when you first apply for paypal than when you have money in your paypal account you can transfer it to your debit card or cc. it takes about 3-4 days to process than you just withdraw through your atm card or from your bank. the best card to use is union bank's cyber eon card. preferably debit card so your liability is limited to your balance or have 2 accounts and just keep enough in the card you use for online.
