Does Paypal Help Us Limitting Scammers ?, ..... like Alertpay did ???

Alertpay has a policy that allow customers to have 30 days to claim about scammers and may have their refund if they're not in profit.
I wonder does Paypal have a similar policy ? blush.gif

normally paypal offers 60 days to dispute any transaction that you're not happy with
but unless you made a transaction for ebay, your money is not guaranteed for a refund.
It all depends on whether seller still has money in his account.. if so, you'll most likely get your money back.
