I use Paypal for 2 reasons. 1) I collect my money made in eBay. 2) I pay services using that money, and I don't even touch my credit card, and sometimes when I do have to do that, the amount spent from my money earned in my full-time job is a lot lesser.
What services do I pay? Membership program for Internet Marketers, Aweber, some WSO offer once in a while, etc.

I use PayPal for many things for several years now. Yes, PayPal was created by eBay and I use it for making purchases from eBay as well as selling on eBay. I also use PayPal to make purchases on Amazon.com, paying for my international phone cards, my webhosting service and so much more. More and more companies accept payment through PayPal, it is safe and secure.

I used paypal for sometime as it offered international and online payment options, but now I am beginning to prefer skrill. Firtsly, there are less complication when using Skrill which is one perfect Neteller payment options. Other than international restrictions, skrill requires less level of literacy to use when compare to Paypal. There is also a guaranteed level of security when using Skrill as even the person you are sending money to can not get information on your account.

I don't like paypal because the high commission fee, especially when we withdraw money to our bank account or make a payment on merchant's website. I prefer epay.com, it's always free to pay and get paid via epay.com, and it cost just a small charge when withdraw money to our bank account( only bank wire fee are required). What's more, all the countries are available, so ,why bother? try epay as your payment option.
