Anyway here is a few questions I have My paypal account is under my moms name and this ATM/debit card is also under my mothers name. There is also my mother bank account linked to my paypal account. So everything is under my mothers name. But she gives me permission to use the paypal account as long as I don't use her bank account without asking her. Now I just got permission from her to basically get this debit/ATM card so That when ever I have money In paypal I can withdraw it at an ATM and stuff like that. Now my questions is. When I use this ATM/Debit Card it won't take money out of my mothers bank account it will only take money out of my paypal balance. Also How long does it usually take to receive the card. Paypal said 2-4 weeks. How long did it take for you to receive it Thanks for the Help Guys! -------------------- DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR SOCIAL NUMBER OR ANY FORMS TO ALIENTRUST! Don't be FOOLED!

It took only about 2 weeks for me to recieve it and it only uses money from your paypal balance.
