Hello,
1. Alertpay doesn't limit account like paypal do. 2. With Alertpay i can request a check 3. Fees: Personal Starter account is free to receive money (up to $400 a month). Personal Pro and Business* account have a low receiving fee of 2.5% + $0.25 per transaction. Q: What are the fees for credit card payments? Fees are applied to the receiver of the credit card payments. The fee for receiving a credit card payment is 5.00 % + $0.25 USD, or 6.40 % + $0.59 USD, depending on if the merchant is selling products/services on the restricted list. So AP is cheaper to receive payment, except credit card it's really expansive. 4. Few months ago, AP got problem with their bank account but they solved it. I received always my money.
I hope it gonna help you

Yes, paypal and alertpay are both different payment processors. There are some differences but their soul purpose is similar i.e sending and receiving money on internet. There is a limit of withdrawing funds from paypal in one month but there is no limit in alertpay.
