Then verification process of PAN will be faster otherwise it may take 3 months as paypal implemented this new rule to india , and huge pan verification pending for it . i waited 3 months then they unlimited my account , i already verified my business pp with bank and debit card . But the bad thing is you cant send money from indian pp with debit card .
