I am writing this on Allied Wallet's behalf. I am a reseller for their company but over the past few years of working with them I have become good friends with their staff. I am writing this not so much to advertise for them, but more to gather opinions and input to help them cater to your needs and to innovate. So lets have a discussion, what do you all look for in your payment processor besides the given (trust, security, on time payments), what could be done better within an industry that is commonly cringed at? What would you change?
